Services were held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009, at Cox and Son Funeral Home in Shawneetown with the Rev. Bob Workman officiating. Burial was in Westwood Cemetery. Visitation was 11 a.m. to service time Tuesday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, three daughters, a sister and four grandchildren.
