Louis Everett Brown

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mr. Louis Everett Brown, 67, of Eldorado, passed away at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at Fountainview Nursing Home.

He was the husband of Ruth (Wells) Brown. They were married Jan. 22, 1962.

Louis was born in Eldorado on Jan. 9, 1942, the son of the late F.X. and Madeline (Horton) Brown.

He was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Eldorado.

He worked as a self-employed business man.

Louis is survived by three sons Mike (Charlotte) Brown of Harrisburg, Jim (Judy) Brown of Eldorado and David Brown of Harrisburg.

Louis is also survived by grandchildren, Thomas Mahan, Ashley Brown, Cory Brown, Paige Brown, Jared Brown, Cody Brown and Olivia Brown; and a great-granddaughter, Whittleigh Trusty.

Louis is also survived by a sister, Neva Mills of Ridgway; and a brother, Bill Brown of Eldorado.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil Brown and Lawrence Brown; three sisters, Henrietta Reed, Francis Wohlwend and Mary Leeke; and one grandson, Kenneth Michael Brown.

Funeral services will be held at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home, Eldorado, at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2009, with Fr. Ignatius Okonkwo officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2009, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home.
