Ryan Earl Phoenix, 32, 1:46 p.m., May 19 on a charge of theft enhanced. He remained held at the Saline County Detention Center awaiting appearance before a judge.

Lawrence Hart Stanley, 25, 2:01 a.m., May 20 on a charge of failure to appear. He remained held at the Saline County Detention Center on $5,100 cash bond.

Harrisburg Police ticketed:

Angela Owens, 48, 1219 McKinley, Harrisburg, 2:05 a.m., May 20 on a charge of no valid registration and no valid driver's license at O'Gara St. and Ledford St. A court date was set.

Saline County Sherriff's Deputies ticketed:

Grant A. Montgomery, 413 N. Walnut St., West Frankfort, on the southbound route 45 near Bourland Rd. in Eldorado for going 83 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. No court appearance is required of Montgomery.
