Madeline 'Babe' Seagraves

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Madeline "Babe" Seagraves, 97, died 2:55 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2009, at Fountain View Nursing Home, Eldorado.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Russell Helton officiating. Burial will be in Jackson Cemetery. Visitation is noon to service time Tuesday at the funeral home.

She was born May 27, 1911, in Ridgway to John and Emma (Cox) Seagraves.

She was a caregiver and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Eldorado.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Juanita Ripplinger of Evansville, Ind., Shirley Farmer of Morganfield, Ky. and Rita Etienne of Eldorado, who were her caregivers.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and seven sisters.
