Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2009, at Gholson Funeral Home in Shawneetown with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Hill Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2009, at the funeral home.

She was the widow of Reese Barker and Arthur "Cracky" Wheeler. She is survived by two sons, a daughter-in-law, a daughter, a son-in-law, eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, a brother and a sister.
