</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Helen Lucille Chase, 87, Yukon, Okla., formerly of McLeansboro, died 4:25 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2009, at Integris Baptist Hospital, Oklahoma City, Okla.

At her request, she was cremated. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009, at First Baptist Church in McLeansboro with the Rev. Bill Reed officiating. Arrangements are in the charge of Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro.

She is survived by a son, daughter-in-law, three daughters, three sons-in-law, nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
