</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Troy Riley Jr., 43, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind.

He was born in Madera, Calif., on Aug. 6, 1966. He resided there until December 2004, when he moved to Equality.

He is survived by his parents, Troy and Joyce (Mann) Riley of Eldorado; sister, Kathy Franklin; niece, Jessica Franklin; nephew, Deward Franklin; great-niece, Kali Gomez; and great-nephew, Zion Gomez, all of Madera, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Margaret Mann of Equality; and Buster and Elsie Riley of Madera, Calif.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009, in the municipal building in Equality.
