Edward Schaeffer

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Edward Schaeffer, 70, Harrisburg, passed away 6:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, at Saline Care Center, Harrisburg. He was born July 29, 1939, in Chicago, the son of Raymond and Grace Fuerst Schaeffer. He worked many years for the Westinghouse Co. elevator division and was a Navy veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Pamela Schaeffer; and a sister, Marilyn Edwards.

In accordance with his wishes, his body was cremated. A memorial service will be announced later. Arrangements are in the charge of J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home, Harrisburg.
