</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Charlotte Heitz, 66, McLeansboro, died 8:38 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Mount Vernon.

Services will be held at noon Thursday, April 22, 2010, at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Scott Webb officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Heitz; a son; a daughter; three sisters; two brothers; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
