William W. 'Bill' Street

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mr. William W. "Bill" Street, 65, of Equality, passed away at 11:12 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2010, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Bill was born in Equality on Dec. 15, 1944, the son of the late Francis "Gabby" and Gertrude (Hargrave) Street.

In his earlier years he was a truck driver and was employed by various local and over-the-road trucking companies. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion of Equality.

He was engaged to Dena Byrd of Harrisburg.

He is also survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Rick Street and Stephanie Brown of Dixon Springs; a sister, Mary Etta (Marvin "Gene") Porter of Shawneetown; two brothers, Larry (Judy) Street of Harrisburg and Charles Street of Harrisburg; a half brother, Jim Hargrave; and several nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Marshall Glover officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery in Eldorado. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. May 17, 2010, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home.
