</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Tony Cluck, 39 of Ashville, Ala., passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010. He was a member of Clearbranch United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at Clearbranch United Methodist Church with Jerre Rhodes officiating and burial to follow in Evergreen Methodist Church Cemetery in Ashville.
Survivors include his loving wife, Tammy; their son, Tyler; his parents, Gene and Nancy Cluck; two sisters, Gena Seals (Tim) and Tammy Jones (Greg); nieces, Amber Brown (Taylor) and Ashley Jones; nephew, Chris Seals; and numerous other family and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the doctors and nurses on 6th floor pulmonary and HTICU at UAB. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Alabama Chapter, 3918 Montclair Road, Suite 201, Birmingham Ala. 35213 or to Tyler's Trust fund at Metro Bank in Ashville. Jefferson Memorial Trussville is directing.
