Betty Ann Holbrook

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Betty Ann Holbrook, 76, 804 High St., Eldorado, died Friday, July 16, 2010, at Saline Care Center, Harrisburg.

Services were held 10 a.m. Monday, July 19, 2010, at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado with Dennis Robison officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Visitation was 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, July 18, 2010, at the funeral home.

She was born July 26, 1933, in Eldorado to Floyd L. and Martha E. (Postada) Holbrook.

She did housework for a living and worked at the Ridgway Manor Nursing Home.

She is survived by three brothers, Robert (Gloria) Holbrook of Newburgh, Ind., Donald (Shirley) Holbrook of Eldorado and Rick (Nora) Holbrook of Spring Valley; four nieces, Sherry Ann (Rodney) Horton and Christy (Terry) McCarty, who were her caregivers, Starlynn Duncan and Watski Becker; five nephews, Richard Mercer, Jason Holbrook, Chad Holbrook, Danny Holbrook and Wayne Holbrook; and several great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth Dale Holbrook, Ross Edward "Pete" Holbrook and Ronald Lee Holbrook; a sister, Marie Imogene Mercer; and a great-niece, Beth Ann Holbrook.
