James Edward York

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[James Edward York, 89, Stuart, Fla., formerly of Shawneetown, McLeansboro and Evansville, Ind., died 12:01 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 25, 2010, at Shawneetown.

There will be no visitation or funeral services. Mr. York will be cremated as per his personal request. Private family burial of ashes will take place at a later date. Arrangements are in the charge of Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro.

He is survived by two sons, six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
