</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Sylvia Allen, 76, McLeansboro, died 9:16 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, at Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Ind.

Services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Chuck Belcher officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery near McLeansboro. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 26, 2010, at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Cyril Doerner; three sons; three daughters-in-law; a stepson and his wife; two daughters; two sons-in-law; a stepdaughter; a sister; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
