Obituary: Mozelle Murphy

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mozelle Murphy, 96, died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, at the Romeo Nursing Center, Romeo, Mich.

She was born on Oct. 4, 1915, in Eldorado. She lived in Detroit, Mich., for a while, and moved back to Harrisburg, where she worked as a waitress at the Gateway Restaurant.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Ken) Scott; a granddaughter, Cindy (Dan) Fox; two great-grandsons, Michael and Chris Fox; and a great-granddaughter, Gracie Scott.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Minnie Walker; 11 brothers and sisters; and a dear friend, Ralph Carpenter.

Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery, Eldorado. Arrangements are in the charge of Cremation Society of Michigan.
