</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Helen E. Mitchell, 97, McLeansboro, died 12:10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2012, at Hamilton Memorial Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at Gholson Funeral Home, McLeansboro. Visitation is 10 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.

She is survived by a stepdaughter, two nieces, three nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews.
