Obituary: Dorothy Gerardi

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Dorothy Gerardi, 94, of Jonesboro, formerly of Galatia, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012, at the Jonesboro Rehab and Health Care Center.

Dorothy was born in Anna on Sept. 17, 1917, to the late Amond Lee and Eunice Jackson.

She is survived by a grandson, David Gerardi of Buncombe.

Private graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, April 6, 2012, at the Webber Campground Cemetery in Galatia with the Rev. Roy Hughes officiating. Sloan Funeral Home of Galatia is in charge of arrangements.
