Obituary: Juell Clay Mulvey

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Juell Clay Mulvey, 80, of Ridgway, passed away at 7:25 a.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2012, at the Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

He was born in Equality on Sept. 8, 1931, the son of Phillip and Mary Ann (Bond) Mulvey.

Juell was a retired boilermaker and an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Juell was a member of the Ridgway Mason Lodge No. 816, Ridgway American Legion Post No. 596 and VFW post of Ridgway. Juell enjoyed fishing and camping at Uniontown, Ky. along the Ohio River.

He is survived by one brother, Robert Henry "Pete"and Gloria Jean Mulvey of Clarkston, Wa. and several nieces and nephews.

Juell was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Flossie Uzzle and Frances Carter; four brothers, Jessie Lee, Phillip Noble, Oscar and twin Jerrel Wade Mulvey.

Visitation for Juell will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2012, with Masonic rites at 7 p.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway. Funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel at 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 17, 2012, with the Rev. Lyndal Sork officiating. Burial will be at Leavell Hill Cemetery near Junction with American Legion Post No. 816 in charge of military rites. Internet condolences may be made at the Internet site www.vickeryfuneralchapel.com.
