Obituary: Deannie Sonja Reed

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Deannie Sonja Reed, 67, of Eldorado, passed away at 5:37 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012, at her residence.

Deannie was born in Evansville, Ind. on Jan. 14, 1945, a daughter of the late Tina Betty (Wilson) and Henry Dillman.

She was a member of Equality Full Gospel Church and also a member of the Eldorado Garden Club.

She was the wife of Larry Wayne Reed, who survives.

In addition to her husband Deannie is survived by three daughters, Tina D. Weller of Eldorado, Cathy Ann (Brian) Downes of Evansville, Ind. and Patricia Jean O'Hare of Eldorado; three sons George Lee (Ellen) Newton, Jr. of Chandler, Ind., Eddie L. Newton of Evansville, Ind. and Kenny Joe Newton of Eldorado; two stepdaughters, Brandi Reed of Evansville and Andrina Rudd of Terre Haute, Ind.; two stepsons, Dshon Reed of Evansville, Ind. and Calvin Reed of Evansville; two half-sisters, Dorothy Stephens of Evansville, Ind. and Maxine Eidson, of Evansville, Ind.; 23 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ernie Clark and Joe Clark.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 2012, at Equality Full Gospel Church in Harrisburg, with the Rev. Duke Williams officiating. Burial will be in Lindale Cemetery in Eldorado.

Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home and 10 a.m. to service Wednesday at the church.
