Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012, at Gholson Funeral Home, McLeansboro. Visitation is 11 a.m. to service time Thursday at the funeral home.

He was the widower of Marion C. Allen. He is survived by a daughter, two grandsons, two great-grandsons, a great-granddaughter, three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
