Report: David Cassidy's Wife Files for Divorce

David Cassidy's wife, Sue Cassidy, filed for divorce today after 23 years of marriage to the former Partridge Family star, TMZ reports.

Last month, David Cassidy was arrested and charged with DUI in Los Angeles. He is currently in rehab, and it's unclear whether that factored into Sue's decision, which she tells TMZ "has been looming for some time."

Added Sue Cassidy: "I'm glad David is getting the help he needs and I am confident he will come back better and stronger than ever."

The Cassidys, who have been together for 28 years but announced last August that they were separated, have a 23-year-old son, Beau.
