OBITUARY: Kathy Emmajean Farmer

Kathy Emmajean Farmer, 54, resident of Harrisburg passed away Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, at Shawnee Rose Nursing Home.

Kathy was born Sept. 11, 1959, in Harrisburg to the late Clarence and Bobbie (Trout) Farmer. She was a member of the Church of New Beginnings in Eldorado.

Kathy is survived by a son Clarence Farmer; two daughters, Clara Crim and Starlite Farmer; a sister, Rosie Crisp; a half sister, Betty Hutchison; an aunt, Linda McClusky; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence Farmer; and five sisters, Emma Shewmaker, Beverly June Yarber-Farmer, Mary Ellen Farmer, Elizabeth Ann Farmer and Martha Marie Farmer.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Toby Hise officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg. Visitation is 10 a.m. Sunday to service time.
