</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mr. James R. Mitchell, 78, of Raleigh, passed away at 5:23 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, at his residence.

Graveside services at Raleigh Masonic Cemetery at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2008, with the Rev. Bill Jones officiating.

He will be sadly missed by his entire family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois. Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado is in charge of arrangements.
