Sparta resident cited in tractor-trailer accident

<span>Chester Police Chief Ryan Coffey recently told the Herald Tribune that 42-year-old Sparta resident Edward Marshall was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident in a two-vehicle accident on Aug. 25.</span>

<span>Marshall was driving a 2003 International tractor-trailer southbound on Route 150 when he rear-ended a 2002 Peterbilt tractor-trailer driven by 50-year-old Wesley Grile, of Perryville.</span>

<span>The Peterbilt had stopped suddenly behind a box truck that was turning onto Union School Road when the collision happened.</span>

<span>There were no injuries in the accident.</span>
