Obituary: Donald W. Steinsultz
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Donald W. Steinsultz, 78, of Newberry, Mich., died on Sunday, March 18, 2012, at Helen Newberry Joy Hospital in Newberry, Mich.
Born on Jan. 9, 1934, in Eldorado, Don was a son of the late Wayne and Alberta (Barton) Steinsultz. Don was employed as a bartender for most of his working career. He worked for most of his career at Bahia Mar Bar in St. Padre Island Texas and when in Michigan he was employed at the Holiday Inn in Ann Arbor, Mich. Don loved fishing, hunting and enjoyed restoring old guns. He is preceded in death by his parents, and a sister Carolyn Duncan.
Survivors include his wife, the former Joan Benford, whom he married on June 16, 1956, in Oak Park, Mich.; a daughter Mary (Randy) Steinsultz of McBain and a son Wayne of Munising. Also surviving are a granddaughter, Jessica O'Neill of Nickolasville, Ky.; three great-grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, John Duncan of Charlevoix, Mich.
According to his wishes, cremation services have been accorded. A memorial service honoring the life of Donald Steinsultz will be held at a later date.
