PCHS placed under Financial Review by ISBE
Superintendent Hagene presented some background information on the financial status score given by ISBE each year. He provided a narrative response to the Board explaining the score and status benchmarks and the factors that contribute to the district's score. The District received a 3.25 out of a possible four points. The score earns the District a status of Financial Review. Districts under this status may receive a limited budget review from the ISBE looking for declining trends.
Superintendent Hagene gave a brief review of the preliminary results of the financial survey which was conducted by the Board of Education Finance Committee. When the survey closed 324 individuals had responded. The data will be organized for board review.
