Obituary: Charles 'Chuck' Fricke

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Charles "Chuck" Fricke, 85, of Eldorado, passed away at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, at the V.A. Medical Center in Marion.

Charles was born in Chicago on Jan. 12, 1926, a son of the late Evelyn (Johnson) and Charles Washington Fricke.

Charles is survived by a niece, Nancy J. Senatore of Lincolnwood.

He served in the U.S. Navy as a Coxswain USNR in World War II.

He was the owner of Chuck's Italian Beef in Eldorado for several years.

Mr. Fricke was cremated at his request. A private burial will be held in Chicago at a later date.
