The Girls star is engaged to her boyfriend of three years, Ricky Van Veen, People reports.

Williams, 25, met Van Veen, the co-founder of College Humor, through mutual friends. But will her famous father approve? Williams told Larry King in January that her dad, NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams, "likes him a lot."
