OBITUARY: Janelle (Harrison) Stunson

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Janelle (Harrison) Stunson, 82, of Harrisburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 18, 2012.

Janelle enjoyed her family, gardening and fishing. She had a very special place in her heart for the women and men of the military. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, George Stunson; parents, Winnie and Bill Harrison; sister, Irene Harrison; brothers, Robert Harrison and Jerry Harrison.

Janelle is survived by her children, Keith Stunson (Beth), Kevin Stunson (Lisa); grandchildren, Brian Stunson (Kerry), Cory Stunson (Carly), Mike Stunson, Tyler Stunson; great-grandchild, Layla Stunson; brothers, David (Brenda) Harrison, Carl (Beth) Harrison; sisters, Vera Fowler, Judy Trail; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews who she loved very much.

Visitation will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. Roger Marvel, on state Route 34 in Galatia from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2012. Service will immediately follow. Burial will be at Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg. Contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project - www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
