Judge to weigh in on media at Cutts trial

A judge will hear arguments next week on whether to bar the media from pretrial evidentiary hearings in the case of Bobby L. Cutts Jr.

Cutts' attorneys want to keep the press out. If the media report on the evidence, it will taint the pool of prospective jurors and jeopardize Cutts' right to a fair trial, they argue.
