OBITUARY: Corrinne 'Rennie' Mitchell Smith Gregg

Corrinne "Rennie" Mitchell Smith Gregg, 87 of Harrisburg, passed away at 10:05 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, at her residence in Harrisburg.

Corrinne was born on Jan. 27, 1926, in Knoxville, Tenn., to the late George W. and Corrinne (Mitchell) Smith. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee class of 1947. She was a member of P.E.O, Chapter Z, D.A.R., Michael Hillegas Chapter District VII, former member of College Club, Business and Professional Women, American Association of University Women and Harrisburg Medical Center Auxiliary.

Surviving family members include her loving husband: Robert I. Gregg of Harrisburg; children: Bridget A. Evers of St. Louis, Mo., James P. Gregg of Palatine and Timothy M. Gregg of Chicago.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers: George and Mitchell.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church at 101 E. Church St. in Harrisburg. Father John Griffin will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Harrisburg. Mass and interment will be at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church at 318 E. Main St. New Harmony, Ind., at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013. Father Frank Kissler will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
