OBITUARY: Cletis Randolph
Cletis Randolph, 84 of Harrisburg, passed away 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.
He was born in Independence Township March 25, 1929, the son of Scott and Pearl Martin Randolph. He married Ruth Hancock and she survives. Cletis was a retired coal miner.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; two daughters, Nancy and Mike Goodwin of Evansville, Ind., and Melissa Randolph of Sesser; two brothers, Roy of Hebron, Tenn., and Clifford of Soddy Daisy, Tenn. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Scott Randolph, Sarah Holder, Roger Miller, Jason Miller, Andrew Rostron and Amanda Rostron; and five great-grandchildren, David Ray Randolph, Blake Miller, Zachary and Nicholas Holder and Dylan Miller.
He was preceded in death by one son, James Randolph; one grandson, David Lee Randolph; two brothers, Newt and G.B. Randolph; and three sisters, Havel Lucille Newton, Eva Hedger and Wanda Grandstaff.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 2013, at the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home with burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
