OBITUARY: Ada DeNeal

Ada DeNeal, 84 of Harrisburg in the Womble Mountain community, passed away Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

She was born Aug. 23, 1930, in Harrisburg, the daughter of T.A. and Beulah Lane Sullivan. She was married to Leo DeNeal and he preceded her in death on July 21, 1999. Ada was a member of the Rudement Social Brethren Church.

She is survived by one son, Joey of Harrisburg; two grandchildren, Nikki and Justin Borders and Faith and Ryan Leonburger; and one great-grandchild, Reese Borders, all of Harrisburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo; and one brother, T.A. Sullivan Jr.

Funeral services will be noon Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, at the Rudement Social Brethren Church with the Rev. Barry Bascom officiating and burial in Blockhouse Cemetery. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Monday. Arrangements are in the charge of J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg.
