Anga Leona Leach Wilson
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Anga Leona Leach Wilson, 85, of 224 West McClernand Ave., Shawneetown, passed away on 11:35 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 24, 2009, at Harrisburg Medical Center.
She was born on Jan. 16, 1924, in Grayridge, Mo., the daughter of George and Allie (Richardson) Wilson. Anga married Donald Wilson on Oct. 16, 1993.
She was a member of Emmanuel Methodist Church in Shawneetown and a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Mt. Vernon, Ind. Chapter.
Anga is survived by husband, Donald Wilson of Shawneetown; one daughter, Cecilia and Dale Colbert of Shawneetown; one son, William Sweat of Nashville; and eight stepchildren; nine grandchildren; twelve stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-stepgrandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, Homer Ray, Norman Russell, George Marvin, Adrain, John W. and James R. Wilson; a sister, Eileen Patton; and an infant sibling.
Visitation for Anga will be held 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 2009 at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Ron Johnson and the Rev. Cherrie Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow at Westwood Cemetery near Shawneetown.
