Linda L. Cox

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mrs. Linda L. Cox, 68, of Eldorado, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, at her residence.

Linda was born in Elizabethtown on Aug. 21, 1940, the daughter of the late Gilbert and Alberta (Ralph) Holbrook.

She worked at Hucks in Eldorado and for NRC (United States Government).

Linda is survived by a son, Charles Cox of Dale.

She is also survived by two grandchildren, Crystal M. Cox and Corissa M. Cox, both of McLeansboro.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Robert Holbrook.

Funeral services will be held at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home, at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, with Arthur Austin Jr. officiating. Burial will be at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Elizabethtown.

Friends may call 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home.
