First Look: Pablo Schreiber Returns to Law & Order: SVU

The Beast is back - and he's still haunting Det. Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay). After guest starring in two of Law & Order: SVU 's most gripping hours, Pablo Schreiber returns in the Jan. 8 episode as rapist and killer William Lewis, who's on trial for kidnapping Benson.

"Lewis holds a huge power over Benson," Schreiber says. "And when they finally meet in the courtroom, it's the culmination of everything that's been percolating throughout the season."

But don't count Lewis out just yet, says the actor. "He still has many tricks up his sleeve." Maybe, but we'll bet on our longtime favorite detective.
