Betty Franks Partain

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Betty Franks Partain, 88, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away Saturday, Jan. 1. 2011, in Indianapolis, Ind.

A Celebration of Life service, "Living, Loving and Laughing with Betty," will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2011, in Christ Lutheran Church, 904 S. Commercial St., Harrisburg. Visitation with family and friends will be at 10 a.m. prior to the service at the church.

Following the memorial service, burial rites will be in Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg.

The family requests no flowers. For those who wish to donate, memorial contributions may be made to Christ Lutheran Church in Harrisburg, where Ms. Partain was an active member for 28 years, and maintained her support and membership until her death. Or, contributions may be made to Seventh and Eighth United Christian Church in Indianapolis, Ind., where Betty attended when possible with her daughter, Lynn Gosnell. Envelopes for both churches will be available at the service.
