David D. Rogers

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[David D. Rogers, 42, Harrisburg, passed away at 3:10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2010, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

David was born on March 27, 1968, in Harrisburg to Charles Wayne and Carolyn (Fricker) Rogers. David was Pentecostal by faith.

David is survived by his mother, Carolyn Stillwell and husband Randy of Harrisburg; brother, Charles "Junior" W. Rogers of Carrier Mills; paternal grandmother, Stella Hartford of Carrier Mills; stepgrandmother, Katheryn Cagle of Harrisburg; two aunts, Beulah Stevens of Harrisburg and Kathleen Banks and husband Jim of Rudement; and a cousin, Tom DeNeal of Rudement.

David was preceded in death by his father, Charles Wayne Rogers; and grandparents, Tiny and Wilma Fricker and Sonny Rogers.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. The Rev. Greg Degraves will officiate; burial will follow in Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel.
