Dear Michael: Single and loving it

Dear Michael,

I am a single woman, and I love this lifestyle. I have been in a number of serious relationships in the past, and they just don't seem to work for me. Right now, I go out with friends, meet new people, have no restrictions and enjoy myself. Sure, there are some drawbacks to the single life, but there are also drawbacks to life in a relationship. My family does not seem to understand or support this. They are very religious and think that this lifestyle is promiscuous, and I should stop acting juvenile and settle down. But what if I'm happy the way I am, and their idea of adult life isn't the same as mine? Should I listen and try to change myself because other people think I'll be better off?
