CHS FOOTBALL: Yellow Jackets end year with banquet

<span>The punch has been served and the barbequed chicken has been eaten. The Chester High School football season is over.</span>

<span>The Yellow Jackets held their annual end-of-season banquet on Thursday in the CHS cafeteria, remembering a season during which they were ranked as high as fourth in Class 2A by The Associated Press, but also lost their last three games to end a 7-3 season.</span>

<span>Chester got 12 All-Conference selections (six first team, four second team and two honorable mentions) by the coaches of the Black Diamond Conference. The Yellow Jackets also announced the winners of their team awards.</span>
