Michael Thomas "Casper" Vaughn, 66, of Herod, IL. passed away on Sunday February 7, 2016 at Harrisburg Medical Center. He was born on April 5, 1949 in Alton, IL.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. Funeral services will be on Wednesday February 10, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 A.M. till funeral time on Wednesday. Burial will follow at Lavender Cemetery.
