OBITUARY: Judith Ann (Judy) Pool

Judith Ann (Judy) Pool, 77, of Jackson, Mo., formerly of Eldorado, died Tuesday, May 21, 2013, in Jackson, Mo.

She was born in Broughton on May 14, 1936, to the late Claud and Lulu (Ruphard) Moore. She was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.

She is survived by two sons, Douglas R. Pool of Green River, Wyo., and Michael M. (Leslie) Pool of Metropolis; a daughter, Michelle A. (Steve) Huggins of Jackson, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Angelique Pool, Amanda Pool, Samantha (Adam Williams) Hathaway, Shannon (Bryant) Rister, Ivey Pool, Kaleb Huggins and Landon Huggins; and three great-grandchildren, Kaden Davis, Marley and Harper Williams; a brother, Rick D. (Vernia) Moore of Broughton; and a sister-in-law, Judy Moore of Salem.

She was preceded in death by a brother Rudy Moore.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013, at the Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado. The Rev. Bill Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Gholson Cemetery in Broughton. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Saturday until the 1 p.m. service time at the funeral home.
