Stark Co. health commish moves to suspend disposal facility's license

Stark County Health Commissioner William Franks will recommend on Dec. 12 that the county's Board of Health suspend the Countywide Recycling & Disposal Facility's operating license.

Franks told Countywide landfill Monday that by failing to extinguish or control its underground fires, it was violating environmental regulations.
