Super heroes appear for 10K/5K Run

There were lots of muscular super heroes running around the streets of Harrisburg Saturday morning.

They were competing in Integrated Health's Fourth Annual 10K/5K/1 Mile Family Walk.

Entrants were asked to dress as super heroes. They complied.

Superman, Wonder Woman, Thor and The Incredibles and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles made appearances.

The winner of the 5K run was Stacy Knight, 26, a 90 pound nursing student from SIC. She finished decisively ahead of the second place runner.

Proceeds benefit the Fowler-Bonan Foundation Clothes for Kids program.
