Bondsman jailed after allegedly shooting window out of bail jumper's vehicle

An absconder from justice managed to get away, but the bail bondsman tracking him down ended up behind bars after allegedly taking a shot at the suspect as he made his getaway.

The absconder fled in a small, red sports utility vehicle Friday afternoon, possibly headed to the Sedalia, Mo., area, after a run-in with a lake area bail bondsman at a home in Versailles ended in gunfire.
