Shannon Leah Shane Jarboe

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mrs. Shannon Leah Shane Jarboe, 33, of West Paducah, Ky., formerly of Eldorado, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009, at her residence.

She was the wife of Erick Jarboe, who survives.

Shannon was born in Pekin on Dec. 4, 1975, the daughter of the late Stephen Shane and Wanda (Crider) CaIdwell, who survives.

She worked in Total Rewards at Harrahs Casino in Metropolis and was a hairdresser in the Eldorado area prior to that.

In addition to her husband and mother, Shannon is survived by a stepson, Austin Jarboe of West Paducah, Ky.; a brother, Terry Ellison Jr. of Eldorado; a sister, Brandi (Charles Cockrum) Caldwell of West City; her stepfather, Steve Caldwell; and nieces, Macy Jo Cockrum and Kaitlyn Morgan.

Shannon was cremated at her request and a memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Mark Fitzpatrick officiating. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to service time Sunday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) and can be left at the funeral home.
