Rosetta Crayne
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Rosetta Crayne, 72, of Equality, passed away at 12:15 p.m., Friday, Oct. 1, 2010.
She was born on July 4, 1938, in Ridgway to Myrtle Ethel (Burdick) Rodgers, and the late Burnette Rodgers. On September 15, 1956, she married Ray Crayne and he survives.
Rosetta was the bookkeeper for the Gallatin County Unit No. 7 School System. She attended the First United Methodist Church in Harrisburg.
Surviving family members include her beloved husband of 54 years, Ray Crayne of Equality; her mother, Myrtle "Ethel" (Burdick) Rodgers; son, Michael Ray Crayne and wife Rebecca (Harris) of Equality; daughter, Darla Howerton and husband John of Paducah, Ky.; grandchildren, Michelle (Jacob) Dixon of Harrisburg and Kara Crayne of Equality; brother, Jim Rodgers and wife Billie of Ridgway; brother, Bernie Rodgers and wife Barb of Ridgway; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Burnette Rodgers, and father and mother-in-law: Buck and Carrie Crayne.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. The Rev. David Estep will officiate. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Equality. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 4, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Harrisburg. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
