No new clues in death of 19-year-old
No new clues as to the cause of death of Gabrielle Barton, 19, of Church Street, Harrisburg, have been revealed following a post-mortem examination, according to Saline County Coroner Jerry Doug Watson.
He now awaits toxicology results that may take a month to be completed.
"We didn't find anything out of the ordinary," Watson said.
There is no indication of foul play.
Barton collapsed at a residence on Church Street near the Harrisburg Post Office in the late morning Monday. She was taken by ambulance to Harrisburg Medical Center where she was unable to be revived.
She is survived by her son, Hunter James Corzine and fiance Jason Corzine. She is the daughter of Gina Parkinson.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg with visitation from 11 a.m. to service time.
