OBITUARY: Jimmy Ray McGill

Jimmy Ray McGill, 38, of Eldorado, died on Dec. 17, 2013, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.

He was born in Valparaiso, Ind., on June 10, 1975. He worked as a laborer in the laborers Union out of Marion and Evansville, Ind. Jimmy loved life, his children and he loved riding his Harley. He was a rebel at heart and was always a warrior.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Patty Stark and Daniel Dunning of Eldorado; his wife, Amber (Davidson) McGill of Harrisburg; three sons: Cody (Amber) McGill of Eldorado, Dalton McGill of Tenn., and Cyrris McGill of Harrisburg; two daughters, Britni McGill of Eldorado and Angelina McGill of Harrisburg; two grandchildren, Carsyn McGill and Brantlee Williams. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents Evelyn and Robert McGill of Eldorado. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and cousins and several close friends.

He was preceded in death by a brother Eddie Stark.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at the Watson Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at the funeral home.
