</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Lillian Grimes, 87, of McLeansboro, died 7:15 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2008, at McLeansboro Health Care and Rehab Center.

Services were held 11 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2008, at Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Burial was in Blooming Grove Cemetery. Visitation was 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2008, at the funeral home.

She was the widow of Robert L. Grimes. She is survived by a son, daughters, special friend, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren and two sisters.
